At the Richland County Public Library, we know how rewarding it is to make a difference in the lives of children, by bringing them together with books. So we were thrilled when the city of Columbia and Richland School District One took us up on our suggestion to select All Around Town: The Photos of Richard Samuel Roberts, as the book for the 2012 “Together We Can” reading initiative.    >> Read more
